Krona Liquatech is looking for an Executive Assistant to join its team in Sector 10 - Gurgaon, Delhi. Salary is up to ₹40,000/month.

Executive Assistant (Purchase & Technical Coordination) At Sunbaby, A Unit Of Krona Liquatec Ltd. Support The Director With End-To-End Purchase, Vendor Development, And Technical Coordination With Production, Sales And Accounts. Read Drawings/Boms, Track Pos, Ensure Timely Delivery, And Share Daily Status Reports. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month.

Eligibility

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Email etiquette, Record keeping, Data entry, Basic accounting
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A dependable, well spoken attitude
