Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You will handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Email, Ms Power Point
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Basic Excel, MS Power Point, Advanced Excel, > 30 WPM Typing Speed
• Skills Needed: Email
• A detail-oriented, dependable attitude

Salary

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
