Compensation

• Good English

What you will do

As an Office Assistant, your work will include:

• You will greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

• Working hours: 12.30 PM - 8:30 PM | Monday to Thursday (Friday off) 9.30AM to 6.30PM Saturday and Sunday
