A new Telesales Executive role is open at Kv Finvtech Technology Llp, Sector 52 - Noida, Delhi. 5 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹22,000/month.

Day-to-day work

In this role, you will:

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
