L&T Finance LTD wants to bring on a Collection Officer for its Bankura team. The team is filling 30 vacancies. The pay goes up to ₹20,000/month.

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Documentation, Financial products, MS Excel, KYC
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are detail-oriented and persuasive

What you will do

As a Collection Officer, your work will include:

• You will follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue.
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
