Devising Ways To Optimize Inventory And Asset Control Procedures. Recording Entry Of New Assets, Assets Or Inventory Being Checked In Or Out And Maintenance Logs. Supporting The Operations Team With Project Planning And Logistics. Reporting On Asset Or Inventory Related Issues Being Logged On A Regular Basis. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Basic Excel, Record Management, Inventory Management, Advanced Excel

Key responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Inventory Management and Record Management
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
