Lakhani Automotive is looking for a Sales Executive to join its team in Ajab Nagar, Aurangabad. Salary is up to ₹18,000/month. 10 candidates will be hired for this role.

Key responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• You'll handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

Who can apply

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with English, Hindi, Marathi, Marketing, Sales
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
