Explain Project Details, Pricing, And Offers To Potential Buyers. Schedule Site Visits And Coordinate With The Sales Team. Follow Up With Them. Day-to-day work

As a Telecalling Executive, your work will include:

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.

Requirements

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: English, Hindi, Outbound, Real Estate, Sales
