What you will do

In this role, you will:

• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• You will handle employee queries and engagement activities.

Who can apply

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Screening, HRMS, MS Excel and Payroll

Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹38,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
