Contact Debtors: Reach Out Via Phone Calls, Emails, Or Letters Regarding Past-Due Bills.Negotiate Plans: Set Up Realistic Payment Schedules Or Settlements That Work For Both The Customer And The Company.Maintain Records: Log All Customer Interactions, Agreements, And Payment Updates Accurately In The Database.Resolve Disputes: Answer Questions. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Outbound | Languages : Tamil, Telugu, Kannada

Roles and responsibilities

• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Tenth Pass
• Comfortable with Kannada, Outbound, Tamil, Telugu
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• Someone persuasive and trustworthy
