A Debt Collector Agent Is Responsible For Recovering Outstanding Payments From Individuals Or Businesses. Their Primary Duties Include Tracking Delinquent Accounts, Contacting Debtors To Negotiate Payment Plans, Skip-Tracing Unlocated Borrowers, And Meticulously Documenting All Communications While Adhering To Strict Legal And Ethical Collection. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Outbound | Languages : Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada

Your responsibilities

• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities

Compensation

Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Tenth Pass
• Skills: Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Outbound, Tamil, Telugu
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
