A Loan Recovery Agent (Or Debt Collector) Is Responsible For Recovering Overdue And Non-Performing Loans On Behalf Of Banks And Financial Institutions. They Contact Borrowers To Negotiate Repayment Plans, Skip-Trace Unreachables, And Field-Visit Defaulters, All While Strictly Adhering To Ethical Guidelines And Financial Regulations. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Outbound | Languages : Telugu, Tamil, Kannada

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Kannada, Outbound, Tamil and Telugu
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
