Responsible For Issuing And Replying To Legal Notices, Handling Loan & Debt Recovery Matters, Managing Cheque Bounce Cases Under Section 138 Of The Negotiable Instruments Act, Coordinating With Advocates And Courts, And Following Up On Pending Legal Cases & Recovery Proceedings. Specializes In Loan Recovery, Outstanding Payments, And Debt Recovery. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Legal drafting, Documentation, Legal research, Compliance
• Male Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

• Research laws, regulations and case precedents
• Draft and review contracts, notices and legal documents
• Coordinate with courts, authorities and external counsel
• Maintain case files, timelines and records
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month.
