Key Responsibilitieshandle Residential Property Sales (Apartments, Plots, Villas, High-Rise Projects).Manage End-To-End Sales Process: Lead Follow-Up Site Visit Negotiation Closure Documentation Support.Work On Company-Generated Leads Through Facebook, Instagram, Google, Portals, And Walk-Ins.Build And Manage Channel Partner / Broker Network In Mohali, Chandigarh, Panchkula, Kharar, Zirakpur.Organize Cp Meets, Broker Visits, And Incentive Programs.Coordinate With Marketing Team For Lead Generation Campaigns, Creatives, And Lead Quality Improvement.Ensure Strong Customer Experience And Maintain High Conversion Ratio.Maintain Daily Reporting In Crm: Leads, Calls, Site Visits, Closures.Support Management In Forecasting Sales Targets And Market Updates. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Corporate Tie Ups | Preferred Experience In : Real Estate

Roles and responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• You'll build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• You will achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• You will follow up on leads and convert them into sales.

Who can apply

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Corporate Tie Ups, Real Estate
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹80,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
