Hr Executive

Legal Edge Hr is looking for an Hr Executive to join its team in Sector 53 - Faridabad, Delhi. You can earn up to ₹25,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Day-to-day work

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• You'll coordinate performance reviews and training.
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities.
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: HRMS, Labour law basics, Payroll, MS Excel
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A confidential, people-oriented attitude
