-Greet Clients And Visitors Professionally-Maintain Visitor Logs And Appointment Schedules-Maintain Files, Records, Courier Services And Documents-Prepare Basic Letters, Invoices, Or Payment Reports-Maintain Confidentiality Of Client Information. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with MS Excel, Accounts payable, Tally, Bank reconciliation
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone numerate and accurate

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

Roles and responsibilities

• Process invoices, payments and expense claims
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts
• Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting
