Les Conseilles wants to bring on a Corporate Lawyer for its Adajan, Surat team. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month.

Oversee Legal,Contract Drafting, Regulatory, And Governance Matters For An Organization. Liaise With Stakeholders, Including Government Bodies, To Ensure Compliance. Manage Contracts, Intellectual Property, And Company Policies. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• You will coordinate with courts, authorities and external counsel.
• Research laws, regulations and case precedents
• You will draft and review contracts, notices and legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements

Salary

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Skills and qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Contract review, Legal research, Legal drafting and Compliance
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
