The Job Will Be To Resolve Issues Of Customers By Coordinating Between Customers And The Operations Team. Secondly, You Will Also Need To Make Calls To Customers To Ask About Renewals And Payment Follow Ups. Type : Sales, Outbound | Languages : Kannada, Hindi, English

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Day-to-day work

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• You'll meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
