Back Office Executive

Levantare Technology Pvt Ltd is looking for a Back Office Executive to join its team in Teynampet, Chennai. 20 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹20,000/month.

Roles and responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: MS Office, Record keeping, Data entry, Basic accounting
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹19,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
