Front Office Executive Cum Admin

Lexisnovaa Business Solution Private Limited is looking for a Front Office Executive Cum Admin to join its team in Thane, Mumbai. The pay goes up to ₹30,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Welcome Visitors, Answer Calls, And Manage Front Desk Activities Efficiently. Maintain Records Of Appointments, Messages, And Visitor Logs. Assist With Inquiries While Ensuring A Professional And Friendly Demeanor.

Day-to-day work

• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• You will schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• You'll coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Basic accounting, Record keeping, MS Office and Typing
• Male Only
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• You are well spoken and detail-oriented
