Day-to-day work

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Email, Internet Surfing, Ms Power Point, Ms Word
• No English required
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Basic Excel, Advanced Excel, MS Power Point, > 30 WPM Typing Speed, Internet Surfing, MS Word
• Skills Needed: Email
• You are well spoken and dependable

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
