Lic Of India wants to bring on a Recruitment Associate for its New Ranip, Ahmedabad team. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹30,000/month.

Responsilbe For Scheduling Interviews, Managing End-To-End Recruitment, Offer Roll Out. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Labour law basics, MS Excel, Screening, Payroll
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A confidential, good communicator attitude

Roles and responsibilities

• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Coordinate performance reviews and training.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
