Life insurance corporation of India has an opening for a Recruitment Executive based in Dwarka Mor, Delhi. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month. 20 candidates will be hired for this role.

What the job involves

As a Recruitment Executive, your work will include:

• Coordinate performance reviews and training.
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Labour law basics, MS Excel, Recruitment, HRMS
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
