Manage The Complete Recruitment Process From Sourcing Candidates To Joining. Source Candidates Through Job Portals, Social Media,References Consultants And Other Recruitment Channels. Screen Resumes And Conduct Initial Candidates Interviews Coordinate And Schedule Interviews With Department Managers And Management . Maintain Candidate Databases And Recruitment Records. Follow Up With Selected Candidates Until Their Date Of Joining Prepare And Maintain Employee Records And Hr Documentation. Handle Employee On-Boarding And Joining Formalities Monitor Employee Attendance And Leave And Regularization .Assist In Payroll Related Activities By Providing Accurate Attendance And Employee Information. Prepare Hr Reports And Maintain Recruitment And Employee Databases. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Recruitment, Payroll, Labour law basics and Screening
• Male Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone good communicator and people-oriented

Salary

Salary: ₹18,500 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Coordinate performance reviews and training.
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
