Make Outbound Calls To Potential Customers From Provided Leads/Database.Handle Inbound Customer Inquiries Professionally. Explain Elevator Products, Pricing, And Installation Process Clearly. Generate And Quality Leads For Site Vistits By Sales Team.Maintain Regular Followups With Interested Customers. Maintain Daily ,Weekly,Monthly Reports, Maintain Accurate Records Of Calls And Customer Details. Coordinate With Field Sales Team For Closures, Build And Maintain Stronge Customer Relationships. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Sales, Inbound | Marketing | Languages : English, Hindi, Telugu

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi, Inbound, Marketing, Sales and Telugu
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You'll escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.

What you get

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
