A new Front Desk Receptionist role is open at Lineomatic India Private Limited, Naroda, Ahmedabad. Salary is up to ₹30,000/month.

To Look After Overall Front Desk, Managing Epabx System, Greeting Visitors, Managing And Distribution Of Office Stationary, Should Be Good In Speaking English, Gujarati, Hindi Language, Good In E-Mail Communication & Ms Office, To Manage Couriers. Candidate Should Be Well Versed With Communication In Verbal, Should Be Well Presentable. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Skills: Email etiquette, MS Office, Typing, Data entry
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone dependable and well spoken

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
