Roles and responsibilities

As an International Bpo Executive, your work will include:

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi, International, Outbound and Sales
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
