Link HR is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to join its team in Naraina, Delhi. There are 2 open positions. Salary is up to ₹40,000/month.

Candidate profile

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Customer handling, Negotiation, Local market knowledge and CRM
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

• You'll explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.
• You'll share market and competitor feedback with the team.
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• You'll prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers.
