The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Salary Processing, Attendance Management, Employee Records, Recruitment, Statutory Compliance, Employee Coordination. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: MS Excel, HRMS, Labour law basics, Screening
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
