Oversees All Hr Functions For The Plant, Including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Compliance, And Manpower Management. Acts As The Hr Strategic Partner To Leadership. Coordinates Hrms Data Integrity, System Optimization With The Hrms Consultant, And Policy Implementation With External Hr Consultants. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation: ₹45,000 – ₹55,000 per month.

Eligibility

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with MS Excel, Payroll, HRMS, Recruitment
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone people-oriented and organised

Your responsibilities

• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• You'll support payroll, attendance and leave management.
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
