Day-to-day work

As a Call Centre Bpo Executive, your work will include:

• You'll record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets

Salary

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

• Open to freshers
• Minimum qualification: Tenth Pass
• Skills: Bengali, Domestic, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi
• Basic English
