Handle Leads, Understand Client Loan Issues, Explain Our Debt Settlement Process In Simple Language, Resolve Doubts, Collect Documents, Maintain Records, And Convert Interested Clients To Enroll With Us. Strong Communication, Polite Behaviour & Good Command On Language And Basic Computer Skills Required.

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Negotiation, Target achievement, Customer handling and Presentation

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

Roles and responsibilities

• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team.
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
