Day-to-day work

• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently

Candidate profile

• Open to freshers
• Minimum qualification: Tenth Pass
• Comfortable with Domestic, English, Hindi, Malayalam, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu
• Basic English
