We Are Hiring Telecaller Executives For The Collection Process. Candidates Must Have A Minimum Of 6 Months Of Collection Experience. The Role Involves Making Outbound Calls To Customers For Emi/Payment Collections, Following Up On Overdue Accounts, Resolving Customer Queries, And Maintaining Collection Records While Ensuring Timely Recovery. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• You will verify KYC documents and complete application formalities.
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts.
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
