Contact Individuals Or Businesses To Recover Overdue Payments And Resolve Disputes. Negotiate Repayment Terms That Align With Organizational Policies. Maintain Records Of Collections And Prepare Reports For Management. Languages : Marathi, English, Hindi

Day-to-day work

• You'll manage collections and track overdue accounts.
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• You'll explain product features, charges and terms transparently.
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue

Who can apply

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with English, Hindi, Marathi
• Basic English
