Contact Individuals Or Businesses To Recover Overdue Payments And Resolve Disputes. Negotiate Repayment Terms That Align With Organizational Policies. Maintain Records Of Collections And Prepare Reports For Management. Type : Outbound | Languages : English, Marathi, Hindi

Key responsibilities

• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• You will follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue.

Skills and qualifications

• Open to freshers
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Skills: English, Hindi, Marathi, Outbound
• Basic English
