The Role Involves Handling Documentation, Vendor Coordination, Office Supplies, Scheduling, And Supporting Different Departments For Operational Effectiveness. Skills Needed : Email, Computer | MS Word, Basic Excel, > 30 WPM Typing Speed, Record Management

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence

Requirements

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Ms Word, Record Management
