What the job involves

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• You will schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Advanced Excel, Email, Inventory Management, Ms Word and Record Management
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits
