LoQal AI Ventures Pvt. Ltd. has an opening for a Customer Support Executive based in Dwarka Mor, Delhi. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹15,000/month.

* Handle Client Queries Through Calls, Emails, Whatsapp, And Other Channels* Communicate With Clients And Provide Timely Updates* Assist With Client Follow-Ups And Coordination* Work On Local Seo And Google Business Profile (Gmb) Activities* Manage And Monitor Social Media Activities Using Meta Business Suite*. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you get

You will be paid ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

Roles and responsibilities

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets

Who can apply

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Target achievement, Negotiation, Local market knowledge and Customer handling
• Male Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
