We Are Looking For An Executive Assistant To Support Senior Management In Daily Operations And Coordination. Manage Schedules, Meetings, And Appointments. Handle Emails, Calls, And Internal Communication Prepare Reports, Documents, And Presentations. Coordinate With Teams And Manage Follow-Ups Maintain Records And Assist In Day-To-Day Tasks. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• You will manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Basic accounting, Email etiquette, Typing and Record keeping
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An organised, well spoken attitude
