Responsible For Day-To-Day Office Administration, Basic Accounting, Billing, Invoicing, Payment Follow-Ups, Ms Excel/Tally Work, Documentation, Client Coordination And Maintaining Company Records. The Candidate Should Have Good Communication Skills, Basic Accounting Knowledge, And Be Proficient In Ms Office. B.Com/M.Com/Bba With 1-3 Years Of Experi. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Record Management, Advanced Excel

Your responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• You will schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: Advanced Excel, Record Management
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you get

Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
