Customer Relationship Executive (Cre/Smre) In The Automobile Industry Is Responsible For Handling Customer Inquiries, Lead Generation, Follow-Ups, And Ensuring Customer Satisfaction. They Coordinate With Sales Teams, Maintain Crm Data, And Support Smooth Sales Processes. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Negotiation, Lead generation, CRM, Customer handling
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are confident and target-driven

Salary

Salary: ₹20,500 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What you will do

As a Customer Relationship Executive, your work will include:

• You will prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers.
• You'll identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• You'll build long-term relationships with existing clients.
