Salary

Eligibility

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Basic Excel, Email, Handling Invoices, Quotation Management and Record Management
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What the job involves

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
