Customer Relationship Manager

Luxe Marble House is hiring a Customer Relationship Manager in Gwal Pahari - Gurgaon, Delhi. Salary is up to ₹50,000/month.

Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients To Ensure Satisfaction And Retention. Provide Solutions To Client Challenges And Maximize Account Value. Monitor Account Performance And Prepare Regular Progress Reports For Stakeholders. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team.
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Presentation, CRM, Negotiation, Local market knowledge
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A confident, self-motivated attitude

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month.
