We Are Looking For A Motivated And Result-Oriented Business Development Executive To Join Our Real Estate Sales Team. The Ideal Candidate Should Have 110 Years Of Experience In Real Estate Sales/Business Development, Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills, And A Proven Ability To Generate Leads, Convert Prospects, And Achieve Sales Targets. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

As a Business Development Executive, your work will include:

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team.
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Negotiation, Customer handling, Local market knowledge, Lead generation
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone persuasive and self-motivated

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month.
