The Luxury Car Zone wants to bring on a Customer Relationship Executive for its Navi Mumbai, Mumbai team. 4 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹40,000/month.

The Smr Cre Will Be Responsible For Customer Calling , Service Reminders , Appointment Booking, Follow-Ups With Existing And Inactive Customers, Promoting Services Packages And Value-Added Services, Maintaining Crm Records , Co-Ordinating With Service Advisors And Workshop Teams, And Ensuring Customer Satisfaction While Achieving Daily Calling . More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients

Candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: Target achievement, Local market knowledge, Presentation, Customer handling
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A persuasive, self-motivated attitude

Salary

Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month.
