Assistant General Manager

Luxury Dorms is looking for an Assistant General Manager to join its team in Baga. You can earn up to ₹40,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Financial products, MS Excel, Customer acquisition, Documentation
• Male Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone persuasive and ethical

What you will do

In this role, you will:

• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• You'll follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue.
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• You will explain product features, charges and terms transparently.
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
