We Are Seeking A Sharp, Reliable, And Proactive Executive Assistant To Support Our Managing Director. The Role Goes Beyond Basic Admin You'Ll Act As The Mds Right Hand, Ensuring Follow-Ups, Coordination, And Execution Of Both Business Tasks. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹12,000 – ₹22,000 per month.

Eligibility

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Email etiquette, Basic accounting, MS Office, Typing
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone dependable and well spoken
