M Finserve wants to bring on a Back Office for its Barrackpore, Kolkata team. Salary is up to ₹35,000/month. 3 candidates will be hired for this role.

Handle Support Functions Like Data Entry, Record Management, And Report Preparation. Ensure Efficient Documentation And Maintain Workflow Accuracy. Assist Front-Line Teams By Managing Behind-The-Scenes Operations. ( Housewife, Retired Person , Teacher ).

What the job involves

In this role, you will:

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• You'll prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• You will schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.

Salary

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

Eligibility

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Email etiquette, Basic accounting, Typing, MS Office
