What you get

The salary for this role is ₹10,000 – ₹17,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

As a Business Associate, your work will include:

• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts.
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms

Skills and qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Advanced Excel, Computer, Email, Manage Operations and Ms Word
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
